Yes, we have a rare offering of our 7-Year-Matured Espadín. Our mezcals mature in glass rather than wood, preserving the spirit's purity while allowing time to do its quiet work. We favor glass for the silkiness it imparts—an unmasked expression of agave that becomes more refined with age. It’s the Eléctrico way, and in our view, the most honest one.
Palate: A layered, enveloping cornucopia of ripened fruit, warm hay, and mulled spices, finishing with a gentle, lingering glow.
Finish: Very long, winding, smooth, and contemplative, with lingering notes of time, silky smoke, and a quiet mineral glow that fades slowly, inviting another sip.
Nose: The bright vivacity of classic Espadín deepens over time, unfolding into soft spice and an autumnal fruit character.
